What to expect.
Mats pull on the skin and can make a dog sore and itchy. Our first goal is your dog's comfort, not saving every inch of coat.
When mats are loose enough, we work them out slowly with conditioner and patience. When they are too tight to brush out kindly, we talk with you about a comfort shave-down so your dog can start fresh.
